When you place an order on our website, we immediately send you an order confirmation via email which serves as your confirmation and receipt for your order. We also send an email with tracking information when we ship your order.
If you did not receive either of these emails described above, we would suggest that you check your "spam", "junk mail", "clutter", "promotions" areas of your email account first.
