I bought the wrong filter, can I exchange it?

We like to be able to offer exchanges to our customers when possible. Currently the only product lines we have available for exchange are our ClearChoice brand of refrigerator filters and our AirX brand of air filters. 

To see if we are able to offer you an exchange please contact us here and we will be happy to assist.

If we cannot offer an exchange we will supply you with a return label to get the merchandise back for a refund.
