You have 1 year to return your merchandise and all returns are free*. To make a return, complete the steps below.
- Fill out the return form (click here).
- Once completed FedEx will email you a QR code shipping label and additional instructions.
- Once received you just need to take the return and the email with the QR code to a participating shipping center and they will print the label for you.
- Once your return is received and inspected we will process your return/refund. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used for the order. If the original payment method cannot be refunded, a merchandise credit will be offered in it's place. We are unable to issue refund checks, or refunds to a different credit card or payment method other than the one used on the original transaction.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.
- Please note that custom made items are not returnable.*
- Arbitrage and orders intended for resale are not eligible free return labels and any product must be returned to us at the customer's expense.*

I still have 4 filters,my refrigerator was broken and I need a different filter, just give me a credit cause I’m going to order different kind of filter
