We try to ship orders as soon as we can, which can make cancelling an order challenging.   

If you need to cancel your order, contact us here or send us an email to contact@discountfilters.com and we will do our best to stop the order before it ships.

If the order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order - but we will be happy to provide instructions to return the order at our expense for a refund.

    I placed an order #10451358 on 5/27/2024 for Jeffrey Buka, a regular customer.  I was suppose to get 35% off on Memorial day sale but it only reduced it 20%. I need you credit me the difference or cancel the order. Please let me know what you decide to do. Thank-you
