Our subscription service is the easiest way to make sure you always have your filters when you need them. Signing up for a subscription is easy. Just follow these steps:Pick your filters Adjust your subscription preferences Place your order We'll send you reminders when it's time to change out your filters When you're scheduled to run out of filters, we will ship you more For my next order, will you be locking in my price today or will the price be the market price at that time?Your order will be billed at the same price as your first order that is placed, regardless of the current market price of the filter. This price does not include the initial 20% discount received on your first order of the subscription.What will determine the date of my next subscription order?We use the suggested change out frequency of the filters that you purchase to determine the next order date. For example, if you buy one refrigerator filter that has a suggested change out frequency of six months, your next subscription order would be placed six months after the initial order is placed. However, you can adjust the frequency of orders in your account settings at any time to shorten or lengthen that frequency.What forms of payments do you accept for subscription orders?At this time, credit cards are the only payment method accepted by our subscription system. In the future, we will be working to roll out other payment methods to our subscription system for your convenience.How do I update my credit card information for my subscription?To update your credit card information, please call us at 888-407-5688 during phone hours Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM ET. For security precautions, we cannot update card information via email.What happens if you stop selling my filter?If we discontinue a product that you are subscribed to, we will reach out to inform you via email. We will also work to offer the closest possible replacement for your subscription product. If a replacement is not available for whatever reason, we will inform you that your subscription to the discontinued product will be canceled.What happens if my credit card expires during my subscription?Each time before your next subscription order is placed, we will send you an email reminding you about the upcoming transaction.
